Why and when will I need a Gas Safety Certificate?

If you have any gas boilers or gas appliances installed in your premises and especially if you are a landlord letting out a property; it is a legal requirement under the Gas Safety Regulations 1998 and Approved Code of Practice and Guidance (GSIUR) to have certification to prove that your gas installation and appliances are safe.
